Leave need to be accrued based on Location Change in assignment

Summary:

Dear Team,

We have a requirement where leave to be accrued based on the loaction change. How we are going to achieve the same based on repeating period configuration. As we can understand that there are monthly accrual or yearly accrual. How we can achieve the accrual based on assignment change event.

As the transfer has happened mid of the month, how system will going to accrued the same at mid of the month.

Need your help on this.
