ICP entries not visible to Manager or Comp Admins

Hi Team,

I have an ICP which is enabled for employees. The ICP post approval is creating the desired Element Entries but the allocated ICP is not visible for a manager from My Teams or Admins from the Administer ICP or Person Management>Compensation>Manage Compensation.

What could be the probable cause for this behavior? The ICP is visible only to employee.
