Delayed Absence Notifications

Summary:

We send absence notifications as usual to supervisors when the employee requests an absence in self-service. We have set up the remainder to go every 1 hour and escalation to the next level manager after 24 hours. We want this setup to work as is except for one scenario.

If the absence request is for future pay periods, we want the notifications to be triggered later or at least not send reminders every hour or escalate within 24 hours. As you can see, if the absence request is for the future, we don't want the supervisor to work on that notification as an urgent matter. Is this doable?

Howdy, Stranger!
