How to hide Feedback Given to Me and Feedback Given to Others section?

Summary:

How to hide Feedback Given to Me section from the view of employee (me) and Manager view (my team - Manager viewing his team members's feedback)?

this screen below is view of worker viewing his goal plan


the screen below is manager viewing the feedback of his member


I tried hiding using the 'SHow Component = False', but this negatively impacted the Goal Note section making the add button fore notes hidden.
