Content (required): Client has setup accrual plan which has accrual matrix based on length of service and the accruals are weekly and biweekly so accordingly accrual matrix rate has been mentioned and also the Accrual Limit is mentioned which is yearly value.

Currently they have checked the all negative balance and mentioned a value against it.

But customer require a dynamic negative balance allowed capability based on the accrual value in accrual matrix for which we are not able to see option.

For example: one accrual band matrix says if length of service is less then 3 years the weekly accrual rate is mentioned as 3 hours and accrual limit is mentioned 80 hours means in a year max he can accrue 80 hours. So on the 0th day if an employee of service less than 3 years applies for absence, he can take negative 80 hours, if he had accrued 20 hours till any date then max negative, he can take is -60 hour so 20 + 60 = 80.
