Restricting Line manager to create only one PIP for an employee for a particular period of time.

Summary:

We have noticed that the managers can create multiple PIPs for an employee as there is no restriction on that but our use case is to restrict the manager to create the duplicate PIPs for a particular period of time.

Please help us by letting us know if there is any feasibility to restrict the duplicate PIP creation.
