Incorrect absence records display under section: existing absence

Summary:

When filtering using the 'Last 3 years' option, the search criteria is searching between 2021-01-01 and 2023-09-13.

Because it has been designed so that the year of current date (2023) is considered as the 1st year and then 2022 as the second year and 2021 as the third year.

It does not search 3 Years from date to date basis.

When filtering using the 'Last 6 months' option using todays date, then the system will consider the last 6 months.

So if the search is done in September (September is the first month, August is the second month, July is the 3rd month, June is the 4th Month, May is the 5th month and April is the 6th Month)."
