Is there any way to display the table content on the mouse over text??

Summary:

There is a page entity in the path -> Employee User manual -> Global HR employee self service.

It redirects to the document from content server

Instead of showing the document name on the mouse over text of page entity, Is there any way to display table of content from the document itself?? Please refer the screenshot below..
