Need to setup followup mails for invoice approal remainder

Below is the requirement.
I have forwarded approval emails, total 3.
1. Original Invoice Approval email.
2. First Reminder email for for invoice approval Subject to include ‘Initial Reminder’.
3. Second Reminder email for Invoice approval Subject to include ‘Final reminder’.
We need different subject for remainders.
