Target Plan question
Hello everyone :)
I am wondering if there is any way to handle this scenario. I have a vacation plan and it can have the balance transferred to two possible plans. It would go to plan A if promoted or plan B if demoted. I can say if promoted them it leaves them as salary emps and if demoted it leaves them as an hourly emp. Any way to code this in a target fast formula? Below is the current code/fast formula being used (which only sends to one plan and sometimes it sends to the incorrect one when they're promoted).
