Privilege that gives the Work Schedule Assignment access to the Absence Administrator role?

Hi,

I have created an external URL deep link that should redirect line manager to Work Schedule Assignment page, but the redirection of deep link results in blank page whenever I try to use the deep link from a line manager role. I got to know that the Work Schedule Assignment deep link can only be accessed by seeded Absence Administrator role.

In my case I want a line Manager to assign Work Schedule to employees. Can someone kindly tell me the name of the privilege that gives the Work Schedule Assignment access to the Absence Administrator role, so that I can construct a custom role for the line manager to meet my needs?
