Absence Entry Validation Formula Should only be applicable to ESS not for HR Admin.

Summary:

Hi All, As per our client requirement only 2 leaves allowed per year. For this we have written a Absence Entry Validation Formula, it is working as expected for Employee self service. But when HR Admin wants to apply leave on behalf of employee then also getting an validation error.

Please help me on how to restrict this to only Employee self service and not for HR Admin.
