Compensation Amount is not getting refreshed

Summary:

Percentage of Eligible Salary - Component 1 and Compensation Amount - Component 1 are not getting refreshed when there is salary change for an employee

Content (required):

We open the salary plans and apply global model for budget X% and Compensation Amount Y%.

Line manager can change the Compensation Amount % to certain value and save it.

Now, There is a salary change for the employee for whom line manager has changed the compensation amount %. Refresh process picks the current salary but Percentage of Eligible Salary - Component 1 and Compensation Amount - Component 1 are not getting refreshed as per new salary. The amount remains same and that forces Compensation Amount % to adjust.
