Configure Tip Message per Absence type

Summary:

We have a requirement to give customized message per 'Absence' type, when employee is trying apply for any absences.

Is it possible to give a custom tip messages per Absence Type?

We have few policy related messages that needs to be displayed for few of the absence types. Is there a way we can configure/provide tip message in Absence entry page in ESS.
