Absence Approval to Linemanager then to an AOR

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

We have one requirement where a specific absence type has to go for a LM approval, and once LM approves it, it has to for to all the users with a HR AOR, so that one of the HR's will claim it and approve it. Here we are using a Serial approval participant type. So once LM approves, it going to AOR in serial order, which is incorrect for our requirement.

And if we use approval participant type as single, all HR are getting the approval request before LM approves it.

We want change this only for this one condition and for this particular absence type to have a approval by LM and then a parallell approval at AOR level. I have gone through the white paper on Parallel Approvals; but that was at whole Absence approval rule level, not at individual condition level.
