Add new tile for manager in " My Team> Career and Performance"

Hi,

We want to add a new tile under "My Team > Career and Performance" to have direct access to a BIP report. The new tile should be created in the position as shown in the screenshot below

We tried Page Composer and Structure to add the new tile, but it did not work.

I am able to create it as an App under My team (by making used of Structure) but not in Career and performance

The Add button for page composer is also disabled in Career and performance

Can someone help with the required steps.
