Issue: Seniority dates are not calculating for CWK converted to EMP.

Hi Team,

Oracle Reply: The date splits are captured based on the work relationship changes are correct and it is expected behavior to see the Enterprise Hire Date on the Enterprise Seniority Date - Person Level as it would always show the first work relationship associated with Enterprise.

Query: Can we display the Employee Hire date as "Seniority Date" by using fast formula.
