OTBI report not reflecting available values in HCM Time Management

Report not reflecting correct data from the front-end.

I'm using Workforce Management - Reported Time Cards Real Time as my subject area and would like to retrieve information with Time Entry Exception.

However, the number of rows available in HCM front-end is not reflecting correctly in OTBI.


Picture 1 showing report output: Employee D has 6 rows, while Employee A has 9 rows.

Picture 2 showing HCM Time Entries: Employee D has 6 rows with correct information, while Employee A has only 1 entry.
