How to set or change the default search dates for Team Time Cards?

How do we set or change the default "From Date" and "To Date" on the Team Time Cards Screen

Content (required):

When going to Team Time Cards Screen, From Date and To Date appear to be stuck for one user. The dates are stuck at 12/18/22 (our implementation date) and 12/31/22 (end of the month)

For most of us the fields default to the current date (though beginning, end of month etc, could be helpful).

We have tried saving our own search and using the "Application Default" search.
