Evaluate absence process ran for updating the duration after calendar event is created skips emps

Summary:

Evaluate absence process ran for updating the absence duration after calendar event is created,skips employes.

Not able to see the updated duration on basic mode of absence records page, it is visible in the advanced mode.

Content (required):

The calendar event was created on 24th Aug 2023 for 01-Jan-2024 and 2-Jan-2023.

We ran the Evaluate absence process to update the duration of the future absences created. The parameter was LDG.

Increment effective date was unchecked.

The effective date for the process= 06-Aug -2023

Evaluate only duration changes checked.

It did work for few employees but for others we are able the see the balance update in advanced mode but not in basic mode.
