Bell does not show Absence FYI Notifications but Worklist has the Absence notifications

When an employee applies for Leave or Leave is approved by the Manager

Bell does not show Absence Notifications to the manager or employee but Worklist has the Absence notification 

FYI Notifications and Absence approved notifications are not displaying under Bell icon
