HZ_ENABLE_MULTIPLE_BU_CRM enabled but Sales Agreement won't provide options to select other BUs

Summary:

We have multiple BUs and we need to create Sales Agreement in mutliptle BUs

Sample BU 1 - SCM US BU

Sample BU2 - SCM AU BU

When we select Profile Option HZ_ENABLE_MULTIPLE_BU_CRM - Yes and HZ_DEFAULT_BU_CRM as SCM US BU, we can only select SCM US BU while creating contracts

When I Change the profile Option HZ_DEFAULT_BU_CRM to SCM AU BU, i can only select SCM AU BU while creating Contract

Even though the Option to select multiple BU is enabled, we can only select the default ones
