After Suspended Plans POGH received , previous interim plan showing as non editable.

Summary:

Hello All,

I am seeing below issue when suspended plans become actual then previous interim plan is appearing as non editable on enrollment screen-

Scenario-

1)Employee is hired on 10th Oct and Hire Life events is evaluated

2) if elections are made in "Critical Illness - Employee Coverage : 75,000" with effective date 10th oct and submitted transaction

3) With effective date 10th oct, if again elections are made in "Critical Illness - Employee Coverage 4 : 100,000" ,then interim benefits is Coverage 3 : 75,000 and suspended benefits is Coverage 4 : 100,000.

4)As of Effective date 16th oct, update certification received date as 16th oct for Coverage 4 : 100,000 .(hire life event is still in Started status)
