Time Card Audit not showing reason in time card details

Summary: We have enabled the time card audit in OTL and we are able to select the reason, but when I go back to look at the time card I can only see the time stamp of the approval ID but it does not show the reason the time card was changed. Are we able to view the reason the time card was changed in the time card details?
