Save and Close button to appear outside in Time Entry Screen

Summary:

Currently, on the employee time entry screen, we see the 'Save and Close' button appearing under the 'Actions' menu button.

Our client has expressed the desire to have the 'Save and Close' button placed outside, allowing employees to see it directly instead of accessing it through the 'Actions' menu button.
