Message on Personal Contributions after contribution is submitted

Summary:

when we submit the personal contribution, it is taking us to personal info page. Is there a way we can redirect that to home page or may be display a message like "thank you for your contribution" as when it takes us to personal info page we do not know if the contribution was submitted successfully.
