Audit Report: Overwritten ELIGIBILITY

We would like to have a list of assignments for employees who have been administered as Eligible (overwritten). Basically, we want an audit of eligibility to show employees who have been forced as eligible and which did not make the criteria at the beginning.

Please advise how we can retrieve this report?
