absence approval approval list combines two rule approvers

Dear All

We have a business trip and we routed to the business trip rule based on the types , but now we need to routed the combination of Type and Some employees , but when i tried to make another rule and tried to submit the absence , approvers in the both rule is coming , which means i have approvers as "A", "B","C" in rule one and Approves as "D", "E","F" in rule two but when I submit the rule , it comes approvers as A, B,C,D,E,F , below the rule configured , Am I missing anything here
