Ceiling limit setup excluding manual adjustment of absence balance

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

We have configured ceiling formula to refer to a UDT that have Ceiling values based on the employee location. this is working as expected for Accrual processing and carryover. Now the problem is that HR want to do manual adjustments to the balance that can be above and beyond the ceiling value that we are getting from UDT. But got to know that ceiling value will be a sum of Carryover+Adjustments+ Accrual.

So when trying to do manual adjustments its not allowing us to do saying that it exceeds limit. Is there any way we can achieve this? Ceiling should be applicable for Accrual + Carryover but will allow manual adjustment?
