performance rating history

Summary:

Dear Community - We have been advised in the past by support vendor that in order to bring the performance rating history in calibration plan or salary workbook, we must retain the same names each year for the performance document. However, Performance template allows to keep the same name but Document review period name has to be unique each year and eligiblity process to assign the template does not assign based template name.

I would highly appreciate if anyone can provide the right guidance on how we can include Performance Rating history in upcoming salary planning and calibration plan.
