Make OTL Approval Notifications Worklist only

Summary:

Hello, is the Application Preferences , Notification Mode setting the ONLY way to control how Oracle Cloud Time and Labor Approval workflow notifications will be sent (see screenshot below)? I ask because this setting effects the entire environment; OTL wants approval notifications to ben sent via in-app only while other modules within the environment want approval notifications sent via email. How can we configure OTL approval rules to send in-app only if this setting is set to Email?
