Min Time In and Max Time Out

Hi,

Time IN and Time Out falls into Time Event through Integration b/w OTL and third party Biometric device. In presence of Time In and Time Out, if employee also enter his time using web clock then it will also falls into Time event screen first. We then run "Generate Time Card through Time collection Device" process which transfers all Time In and Out entries into Time Entries.

My question is that is there any way that when "Generate Time Card through Time collection Device" is run It should only pick Min In and Max Out of an employee from his multiple entries from time event and transfer it to Time Entries. Or is their any other work around to handle this.
