Accrual Plan Negative balance based on the LOS

Summary:

After 2 employment years employee negative balance limit should be 10 Days, and starting from the 5th employment year, the negative balance limit should be 15 Days.

Before completing 2 employment years, system should not allow the negative balance for the employee.

We are having the below requirement for the Annual Leave Accrual Plan:

The Employee should be eligible for the Negative Balance with limit to 50% of his yearly entitlement, only after completing 2 employment years.

The Yearly Entitlement is as below:

21 Days in a year for Employees with length of service less than 5 years and starting from 5 employment years system should grant 30 days in a year
