Task to the department manager

Hey,

My client requests that the performer of task on a journey will be the department manager of the employee.

If the employee on whom the journey was activated belongs to Department 1 the manager of Department 1 will receive the task, if the employee on whom the journey was activated belongs to Department 2 the manager of Department 2, and so on

Position synchronization is used and the line manager is not always the manager of the department. From what I understand, the solution could be the use of AOR based on hierarchy type responsibility scope.
