How to adjust the qualifications plans duration value via HDL

Summary:

We have Qualification plan configured as attached. Now, we have a upstream application which sends manual updates to Oracle for these Qualification plans to update employees entitlement. We have HDL template for accrual plans which we are using to adjust the entitlement for qualification plan which is erroring out.

Do we have any approach where manual adjustments can be performed for qualification plans or we have to configure it as accrual plan only if we have such integration requirement.

Stepwise details are there in attachment.
