To have both days and calendar days in a single absence

Summary:

Customer wants to enable Leave without pay(LWP) to the employees. If the no. of days is more than 10 , then it should include weekoffs/Holidays. If it is less than 10 days, then weekoffs/Holidays to be excluded.

Anyone implemented such functionalities in absence?
