Is it possible to trigger the alerts in case of employee having future dates leaves.

Is it possible to trigger the alerts to the HR, in case of employee having future dates leaves and for the same employee if the HR tries to do global transfer.

Scenario: Employee "A" having leaves in Dec 2023 and if the HR is trying to do Global Transfer on 9th Nov 2023. Then we need to trigger the alerts to the HR by stating that for this employee, future dates leaves are existing.
