Save button is missing in Add Absence page

Summary:

As per HR policy, attachment is mandatory to submit a sick leave in HCM and the same has been achieved via sick leave validation formula and it is working fine.

But when the absence is entered and user is submitting the request, system is showing the error as "Add an Attachment, save the transaction before submitting the leave".

If clicked on save and close, the page is getting closed and employees are forced to re-submit the transaction from existing absences page.

If clicked on Submit, the below given error showing and there is no save button in this page to save the transaction as mentioned in the error.
