Can an Alternate Manager approve Team Time Cards?

Summary:

Hello! We have a requirement to give access to Alternate Managers to Approve Time Cards. We gave him the role to do actions from the My Team page to employees, but when he tries so search for the Team Time Cards he can't see them even using the filters of Display All Reports and Assigned Approvers with Others. We tried doing another route for Payroll Time Card Approval but it didn't work.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
