Business Title on Goal page

Hello all,

On the Goal page(Me-> Employee Area ->Show more -> Goal), i want to confirm what is the criteria for the business title to appear

From what i observed, the business title appear if there is more than one value in the dropdown. Else it is blank (as shown above)

Can someone please confirm
