Manager Job level in the absence approval

I have a absence approval requirements based on the Line Manager Job Level.

How can I configure the rule condition to get the Manager Job Level approval

I tried the HierarchyBuilder.getManager Function in my conditions, but when I save the application throw error.

Any help on that ?
