How to view results of failed lines from an HSDL load in Data Exchange?

Hi All,

We loaded an HSDL through Data Exchange and had a 97% success rate. We had 5 failed lines. When we attempt to download results - we are met with a blank HSDL template. Does anyone know how to access the load results for an HSDL that had failed lines?

We would like to see which specific lines failed in the load so that we may correct them accordingly.

When we go into "Recent Spreadsheet Loads" and select the "Review" icon - we get a blank HSDL download with no error messages indicating that there was a failed row.
