Line manager can proxy as direct report manager only in compensation plan

Hello experts,

line manager has view manager hierarchy person security profile. When accessing to My Team>Workforce Compensation in the search filter can just check the direct manager report and not the indirect ones.

What could it depend on? Is there a way to allow them to search for indirect managers as well?
