Delegation Notification to both Manager and Delegate

Summary:

We want that Delegate approval should go to both Manager and Delegate Person.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We want that Delegate Approval notification should go to both 1) Manager - Who has delegated the notification. It can be FYI notification. 2) Delegate Person - Whom the notification is delegated.

Most of the cases, Actual manager does not know what is delegated person is approving/rejecting. Could you please let us know if current product has capability of enabling such requirement?
