Why Performance, goals, development notifications under bell icon are not properly rendering.

Summary: Under the Pmgm and career developmet modules, when I submit the performance goals, development goals and performance document for the approval the notifications under the bell icon are not properly rendering and also gives one issue "error in retrieving task metadata. only valid task can be looked up."
