Not able to delete a Qualification Plan

Hi,

We have created a Qualification Plan and attached it to Absence Type; later we want to change Plan's UOM and recreated another plan. We have detached the 1st plan from absence type and trying to delete it from the application too; but we are getting 'You can't delete a parent record when child records exist. (BEN-990391)'

Can someone help us resolving this.
