Pause rule involving Current date, Requested Ship Date and Scheduled Ship Date

Requirement:

Pause should be applied if:

[ (Requested Ship date is more than or equal to current date) AND (Requested Ship Date is less than Scheduled Ship Date) ] OR (Current Date is not equal to Scheduled Ship Date)

Below is the screenshot of the pause rule.


Pause gets applied as expected. However, upon updating scheduled ship date (Using Backlog management) to current date, Pause doesn't get released. Current Date not equal to Scheduled Ship Date equation is not working.
