Need to get Code of conduct signed by employees in Fusion

Summary:

Our organization Needs employee to sign/agree on the "code of conduct " document in fusion self service. This can be done by DOR, but users need the PDF form to be displayed when they select this DOR instead of showing it as attachment.

Please let know whether there is any way to achieve this.
