Need Receipts to be pullled from Account level and Customer Profile class need to be pulled from Site level in the Aging by Collector 7 Bucket Report. Please suggest the steps.

Problem Statement: Issue with Collections Aging by Collector 7 Bucket Report

Few receipts were missing in Aging by Collector 7 Bucket Report

 

Analyzed and found that for the missing receipts , while applying the receipts , customer site was not populated and only account details were populated

As per the configuration done in the system (Setup and Maintenance > Tasks > Search > Manage Collections Preferences> Under Preferences section > for the Reference Data Set> the Business Level is set to 'Site' ), the aging report is fetching the receipts using the "Site" information.
