How manager can identify each Goal approval if mutliple goal request come togather in single request.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We Have enabled Approval Process "Approve Performance Goal" after that manager is getting approval notification ficaiton. However, i have submitted three goal request as mentioned below.

  1. Add New Gaoal
  2. Delete Existing Goal
  3. Update in Existing Goal


How manager will identified each goal action name becuase just comment in single request in not sufficient
